Consultant Dealer Training Programs

Become a key player in Dealer success with Canadian Tire as a Program Consultant. Focus on training delivery, content management, and Trainee coaching for impactful results.

Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, you will support the end-to-end delivery of training programs for new Dealers. Your expertise will be critical in coordinating training plans, developing a network of contacts, and monitoring Trainee performance through data analysis and thoughtful coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and coordination of training programs

• Manage curriculum content for Dealer training initiatives

• Establish a network of Subject Matter Experts and business contacts

• Identify and address any performance gaps in training

• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance Trainee performance

Requirements:

• Canadian Tire Retail Store experience preferred

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Strong customer focus with relationship management skills

• Knowledge of adult learning theory an asset
