Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a welcoming and supportive classroom environment

• Provide motivational and challenging educational experiences

• Implement Montessori educational philosophy effectively

• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress

• Facilitate and manage field trips, including overnight travels
Requirements:

• Montessori teacher diploma (MACTE or AMI) is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Education is favorable

• Proven communication and organizational strengths

• Commitment to effective classroom management

• Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification required
