This part-time contract role, lasting one year, focuses on empowering Step Stones youth by fostering partnerships with employers and educational institutions. You'll enhance youth employment experiences and align them with their educational plans through meaningful placements and mentorship initiatives. Your skills in engagement and relationship-building will be invaluable as you promote workforce readiness and successfully navigate youth in challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strategic partnerships with employers and educational institutions

• Promote hiring benefits to potential employers and mentors

• Develop tailored part-time job opportunities for youth

• Conduct coaching sessions for job readiness

• Monitor progress of youth placements and partnerships

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in employment services or education access

• Experience in partnership development with employers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Understanding of youth-centered approaches

• Ability to advocate for youth in workplace settings
