We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to fill a part time Middle School Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher position (0.75 FTE).

• Teaching Language Arts and Social Studies as the primary focus across middle school grades, with opportunities to support additional subject areas as needed
• Communicating effectively with students, orally and in writing with parents, and working collaboratively with other teachers
• Using data and assessments to improve instruction and student learning
• Preparing, administering, and evaluating assessments and report cards
• Participating in staff meetings, professional development days, and educational conferences
• Ensuring the classroom environment is safe, healthy, and supportive for all students
• Contributing actively to the broader RHA school community

• Classroom experience in Middle School (Grade 6-8)
• Proven success in classroom management
• Good organizational skills and ability to work as a team player
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in a Jewish day school setting is an asset
• Competence with Google Workspace and student information systems

• OCT certification required

Part-time, 0.75 FTE (75%)

• Located on the TTC bus route #7 and within walking distance to both St. Clair and Eglinton Subway lines
