Lead Montessori Educator

Beaches Montessori School is looking for a Lead Montessori Educator to join our team in Toronto. This full-time position involves guiding both Lower and Upper Elementary students within a supportive framework.

In this role, you will utilize your AMI/MACTE diploma to enhance our newly established Elementary program. Your passion for child-centered education will thrive as you mentor students and create an engaging learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori methodologies for grades 1 to 6

• Support individual learning pathways for every student

• Build strong relationships within the school community

• Participate in curriculum planning and evaluation

• Conduct parent-teacher conferences and workshops

Requirements:

• Must hold an AMI/MACTE diploma

• Proven experience in Montessori education

• Strong dedication to child-led learning strategies

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Must commit to a full-time, 12-month contract
