Ideal candidates will be patient, dependable, and exhibit a strong desire to learn the Spirit of Math teaching methodology. You will create a structured environment for students to explore and understand math concepts while building connections with parents for better student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the classroom environment
• Follow established teaching methodologies
• Conduct lessons tailored to student needs
• Evaluate and grade student performance
• Develop strong parent-teacher relationships
Requirements:
• Recognized college or university degree
• Preference for a Bachelor of Education
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students
• Eagerness to learn and adapt teaching methods
