As an Education Faculty Lead, you will oversee educational programming and deliver mentorship at Sunnybrook Regional. This position requires at least two years of educational experience and a strong background in curriculum development and teaching. You will guide a team of approximately 70 casual faculty members while ensuring program standards are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and evaluate educational programming including Continuing Professional Development
• Mentor Education Faculty and provide real-time guidance
• Support faculty orientation and course delivery standards
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance efforts
• Facilitate continuous improvement based on feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum two years as Sunnybrook Education Faculty member
• Undergraduate degree in education or paramedicine preferred
• Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant certificate
• Strong teaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in educational curriculum development
