Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Global Trainer for Unity, a role requiring expertise in technology training delivery within a global context. This position involves facilitating training sessions, both virtual and in-person, ensuring consistent educational experiences for end users and trainers alike. You will collaborate with various teams to tailor materials that meet local requirements and effectively monitor training impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interactive training sessions globally
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for localized education
• Align training delivery with curriculum standards
• Partner with regional teams for material adaptation
• Measure and report on training effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred
• 5-8+ years of global training experience
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms
• Experienced in large-scale rollout projects
• High proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
