Take the lead at Sunnybrook Regional as an Education Faculty Lead. In this critical senior role, you will deliver educational programs and support faculty mentorship and development.
The Education Faculty Lead is responsible for enhancing Base Hospital educational programs and ensuring their quality. With a minimum of two years as a faculty member, you'll serve as a resource for instructors and help guide curriculum development. This position requires a significant commitment to faculty development and program consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and deliver Base Hospital education programs
• Mentor and coach faculty members to improve teaching skills
• Assist in faculty onboarding and expectations reinforcement
• Guide curriculum development aligned with clinical standards
• Promote continuous improvement practices based on evaluations
Requirements:
• Two to four years in educational faculty roles
• Preferred degree in health sciences or education
• Relevant Advanced Care Paramedic certification
• Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills
• Proficiency in educational program development
