As part of the Department of Mathematical and Computational Sciences, you will assist students with diverse academic issues and guide them through selection, compliance, and personal challenges. You’ll also provide crucial administrative assistance, ensuring smooth course delivery and adherence to University standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on academic issues impacting student success
• Offer detailed course requirement information
• Approve exceptional program requirement changes
• Provide consultation on university policies
• Lead recruitment presentations at events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Four years of advising in an academic setting
• Experience with curriculum coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
• Strong decision-making and confidentiality skills
