Position: Supply Teacher for Elementary and Middle School

As Toronto's first CAIS-accredited Jewish day school, Robbins Hebrew Academy is looking for reliable Supply Teachers to fill temporary roles in elementary and middle school classes. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, exhibit professionalism, and have a collaborative approach to teaching. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with additional certifications in Jewish studies, French, or Physical Education seen as an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Substitute for teachers during their absences

• Educate and engage students in English and Hebrew

• Support student character development

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff

• Enable imaginative and critical thinking

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of teaching experience

• Bachelor's Degree essential; M. Ed is a plus

• Jewish studies certification is preferred

• Certification in French is advantageous

• Current vulnerable sector Police check required
