The OpportunityThe school of Medicine is hiring a Technical Support Coordinator to join their team! This role will provide front-line technical support to learners, clinical faculty and staff using the School of Medicine’s (SoM) medical education and healthcare technologies. You will support routine system administration, troubleshoot, resolve service requests within established standards, and elevate complex issues as appropriate.
