The Bishop Strachan School is searching for a Junior School Teacher for the Grade 6 level to facilitate a challenging learning environment through inquiry-based experiences. You will co-teach and work alongside specialists and lead teachers. This role also includes participation in co-curricular activities and professional development events within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate dynamic inquiry-based learning experiences

• Collaborate on lesson planning and curriculum development

• Lead and assess students in co-curricular activities

• Participate in professional learning communities

• Attend faculty planning sessions and school events

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification

• Experience in early childhood education

• Primary and Junior Divisions qualification
