Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, engaging content for diverse learning formats

• Assess capability gaps and define learning objectives

• Write, storyboard, and edit learning interventions

• Measure learning effectiveness and propose enhancements

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and industry contacts

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant instructional design experience

• Adult Learning accreditation is mandatory

• Familiarity with accessibility principles in design

• Expertise in design thinking and technology-enabled learning

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
