Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children’s safety during care hours

• Plan and evaluate engaging educational activities

• Promote active learning while facilitating inclusion

• Observe and document children's developmental milestones

• Collaborate with families to share child progress

Requirements:

• Graduate of an Early Childhood Assistant program

• Member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (if needed)

• Comprehensive knowledge of inclusivity in curriculum

• Strong communication and listening abilities

• Current Standard First Aid certification
