Westbrook Tutoring is hiring for a premium in-person tutoring opportunity for a junior high tutor in Midtown Toronto (Lawrence Park / North York).
This position is part-time, flexible, and provides excellent compensation.
Candidates with education experience, including a strong understanding of all junior high subjects and an emphasis on mathematics, and a demonstrated capacity for one-on-one instruction and mentorship with junior high students are invited to apply.
The ideal candidate might have experience as a:
- Education graduate, especially with an Ontario junior/intermediate track specialization or math subject specialization, with a strong academic history
- Experience as a junior high teacher or a related field
- Mature candidate with other comparable experience
Candidates should be:
- Trained, professional, and reliable
- Confident with in-person instruction
- Comfortable working with junior high students
