As a Global Trainer for Unity, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive training to end users, process owners, and support teams. You’ll adapt content for diverse audiences and leverage feedback to enhance training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate role-based training sessions globally
• Implement Train-the-Trainer initiatives for local trainers
• Execute curriculum aligned with Unity standards
• Collaborate on localization of training materials
• Evaluate training delivery and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
Master’s preferred
• 5-8+ years delivering global technology training
• Experience with Service Now or similar platforms
• Proven success in large-scale implementations
• Must be highly proficient in English; other languages beneficial
