As the Senior Education Faculty Lead, you will oversee the delivery of educational programming and provide guidance to approximately 70 casual faculty. You must have experience in clinical education and a commitment to continuous improvement. Collaborating with coordinators, you'll enhance curriculum development and program consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and assess annual certification and continuing education
• Provide mentorship and support to facilitate faculty development
• Assist in faculty orientation and expectations for program delivery
• Contribute to the development and review of educational materials
• Identify and implement improvement strategies based on feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of faculty experience at Sunnybrook
• Preferred undergraduate degree in paramedicine or education
• Holding relevant emergency care certifications
• Strong skills in teaching and coaching
• Knowledge of instructional practices and evaluation methods
