As the Campus Minister, you will work under the direction of the Campus Ministry to develop programs that enable students to thrive both socially and spiritually. Tasks include offering pastoral care, organizing faith-based activities, and managing the student ministry association. Your efforts will create a welcoming environment for student engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual guidance to students

• Mentor the TMCA student leadership team

• Organize faith gatherings and retreats

• Engage with community organizations for outreach

• Support strategic planning for ministry effectiveness

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with ministry experience

• 2-5 years in youth or young adult ministry

• Deep understanding of Catholic teachings

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Availability for evenings and weekends
