Learning Development Specialist

In this contract position, you will work onsite four days a week, where your role will involve developing instructional materials and engaging learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create blended learning materials

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify educational needs

• Track project progress and utilize learning management tools

• Present recommendations to senior management

• Conduct evaluations to measure learning effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related

• 5-7 years of instructional design experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in instructional design software

• Experience in financial services preferred
