Early Childhood Instructor at OIHI

Lead the next generation of educators as an Early Childhood Instructor at the Ontario Institute of Health and Innovation. Deliver impactful lessons and hands-on training while supporting future leaders in early childhood education.

OIHI is in search of skilled instructors to enrich our Early Childhood Education and Administration programs. In this essential part-time role, you will develop course content, assess student learning, and support their practical training experiences.

Your role will be pivotal in creating a nurturing environment for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective ECE lessons

• Monitor and assess student learning outcomes

• Guide students through practical training activities

• Collaborate on curriculum development

• Cultivate a welcoming and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education required

• Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Experience in early childhood education or adult teaching

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
