Your role is crucial in adapting programs to meet the needs of Ontario's workforce.
This experienced-level contract position emphasizes the development of workplace mental health resources while adapting existing curricula. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with trainers and project partners to implement innovative solutions and deliver impactful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise workplace mental health training materials for effectiveness
• Develop resources and support online learning opportunities
• Facilitate quality assurance of all educational content
• Coordinate French translation initiatives with external vendors
• Implement customized workshops for various clients
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in adult curriculum development
• Background in mental health, healthcare, or workplace wellness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with anti-racism and accessibility practices
• Project management experience is a plus
