Wood Green Community Services is seeking a Tutor for the Homeward Bound Program in Toronto. The role involves facilitating learning for students in grades 1–8, focusing on reading, literacy, and math, with sessions twice a week for one hour each.
The tutor will prepare assessments, track progress, and communicate with parents while maintaining records and supporting students to become confident, independent learners in a structured onsite environment.
