Position: Learning Experience Designer at Sephora
Transform learning experiences at Sephora Canada as a Learning Experience Designer. Utilize your skills in instructional design and visual storytelling in a hybrid work environment.

In this role, you'll design engaging learning materials for the Field Support Centre team. You'll leverage your expertise to create instructional content that aligns with business needs and enhances learner capabilities. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll assess learning gaps and devise solutions to foster performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling learning materials and digital content

• Translate business needs into learner-centered solutions

• Consult with stakeholders and assess learning requirements

• Apply adult learning principles and visual design across channels

• Manage learning assets and maintain high-quality materials

Requirements:

• 4+ years in instructional design and learner experience

• Experience designing digital and blended learning

• Proficient with LMS and digital learning technologies

• Strong design skills with compelling content creation

• Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience
