Onsite Corporate Trainer

Deliver training in Toronto as a Corporate Trainer using communication skills, empathy, and adaptive instruction. This regular, full-time role is 100% onsite.

Teleperformance seeks a Trainer to support new and existing team members working with global clients. You will manage training cycles, adapt teaching styles, provide feedback, and support on-the-job learning. The position reports to a Training Supervisor and requires a college diploma or equivalent.

• Execute training cycles for new hires and development programs
• Adapt instruction to learner profiles and individual needs
• Monitor trainees during on-the-job training periods
• Create visual aids and use instructional tools
• Provide constructive feedback and professional counseling

• Strong English fluency, clarity, enunciation, and professionalism
• College diploma or equivalent education
• Classroom leadership and organizational skills
• Strong computer knowledge and technology adaptability
• Ability to maintain quality and performance standards
