Technical learning design and eLearning authoring anchor this senior assignment. The provisionally hybrid schedule runs 7.25 hours daily, Monday through Friday.
The Senior Training Specialist creates digital and instructor-led learning for Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O environments. Responsibilities span instructional design, training needs analysis, storyboarding, content development, and delivery for technical and non-technical audiences. The assignment also requires interpreting business processes, workflows, system test cases, data, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, analyze, and plan organizational training needs
- Design and develop digital training content
- Create storyboards from workflows and test cases
- Integrate self-paced and instructor-led learning approaches
- Develop role-based materials for business users
- Practical knowledge and experience delivering technical training
- eLearning authoring and instructional design development capability
- Ability to interpret data and technical documentation
- Familiarity with AODA requirements for eLearning and manuals
- Knowledge of learning measurement and competency assessments
Use instructional design, storyboarding, eLearning authoring, and analysis skills to shape Dynamics CE and F&O learning.
