Customer Education Manager Center

Lead customer education at Bio Render remotely from Canada or the United States, using technical writing and instructional design skills. Build resources that help scientists learn effectively.

As Customer Education Manager, you will own Bio Render’s Help Center, Learning Hub, and training materials. You will create guides, videos, courses, and digital learning paths while improving content accuracy and discoverability. The role supports onboarding, feature adoption, and customer retention through scalable education.

• Own Help Center structure, quality, accuracy, and user experience
• Create guides, how-to content, videos, and training materials
• Use search data and feedback to improve documentation
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams
• Track learner engagement and feature adoption outcomes

• One or more years in technical writing or education
• Experience owning and optimizing a help center
• Life sciences background or scientific communication familiarity
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Experience creating customer guides and instructional videos
