Teach Grade 4/5 English Language Arts with the Waterloo Region District School Board, supporting classroom learning through a qualified teaching assignment.
This posting is open to candidates outside the WRDSB occasional teacher roster. Applicants must hold current qualifications and submit a resume with a current Certificate of Qualification. Eligible applications are forwarded to the Principal for screening and consideration. The assignment term may change with appropriate notice.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach English Language Arts to Grade 4/5 students
- Submit required application materials for Principal review
- Complete the Interview stream video interview when invited
- Support student success and well-being in the classroom
- Demonstrate commitment to equity and inclusion
- Current qualifications as of the posting date
- Current Certificate of Qualification
- Resume submitted through the application process
- Acceptable Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector screening
- Eligibility outside the WRDSB occasional teacher roster
