The project monitoring and lender services team safeguards investments and supports the delivery of complex residential, commercial and industrial development projects. As the lender’s trusted advisor, the team provides oversight from initial budget reviews through construction monitoring, evaluating costs, schedules and risks to ensure financial confidence at every stage.
We are looking for an Analyst – Student to join us in our Toronto office during the summer months.

- Assist in conducting site inspections.
- Support the preparation of periodic reviews of progress claim reports.
- Support budget reviews through detailed analysis of development proposals and lender requirements.
- Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain proper documentation for each project.
- Learn about maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Learn business trends and impacts on the real estate and construction industries in the local market.
- 0+ years of relevant experience.
- Enrolled in a post‑secondary educational institution in Architectural Building Technology, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Construction Engineering or Project Management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational, communication and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership of initiatives.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- A great attitude and desire to learn!
