Position: Energy Program Performance Analyst Role
Step into the role of Energy Program Performance Analyst with IESO and play a pivotal role in advancing electricity management programs in Ontario. This position focuses on enhancing demand side management initiatives, particularly for First Nation communities.

As part of a dynamic team, your contributions will support the design, delivery, and overall improvement of energy conservation programs. Engage with various stakeholders, manage contracts, and assist with budgetary requirements while ensuring effective program implementation across communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for program design and analysis

• Manage program administration and compliance measures

• Assist with budget management and invoicing processes

• Foster relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Participate in energy efficiency research and program reviews

Requirements:

• 4-year university degree preferred

• Minimum 2 years of relevant analytical experience

• Skills in Excel and data analysis are essential

• Knowledge of energy conservation practices required
