Energy Efficiency Consultant Hydro

Lead climate initiatives as a Climate Action Consultant at Toronto Hydro. Focus on Multi-Unit Residential Buildings and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance energy efficiency efforts.

This hybrid position in Toronto allows you to pro-actively engage with customers and drive awareness of Save on Energy programs. You will develop and maintain partnerships, implement effective strategies, and conduct outreach initiatives.

Your role will be vital in promoting electrification and energy efficiency while supporting program participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at events and through outreach

• Establish strategic partnerships for program growth

• Implement engagement strategies to boost participation

• Evaluate and report on engagement efforts

• Provide guidance on incentive programs to customers

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field

• Seven years in climate action or client service roles

• Strong skills in account management and communication

• Understanding of energy efficiency technologies

• Capable of independent work and collaboration
