Energy Efficiency Consultant Hydro

Join Toronto Hydro as a Climate Action Consultant to enhance energy efficiency and electrification in Ontario's residences and commercial sectors.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

You will engage with Multi-Unit Residential Building customers to increase participation in innovative Save on Energy programs. By leading outreach initiatives and collaborating with various business units and partners, you will help overcome barriers to energy efficiency. Your ability to connect and analyze will drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach via trade shows and community events

• Develop strategic partnerships for program enhancement

• Implement effective market engagement plans

• Evaluate results of outreach initiatives continually

• Support contractors and customers with incentive programs

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field such as business or science

• 7 years experience in climate action or conservation

• Preferred P. Eng, CEM or CET qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
