Position: Toronto Hydro Climate Action Consultant Position
Transform energy consumption patterns as a Climate Action Consultant at Toronto Hydro. Engage with Multi-Unit Residential Buildings to promote Save on Energy initiatives in a dynamic hybrid setting.

As a Climate Action Consultant, you'll actively work with Multi-Unit Residential Building customers to drive participation in energy efficiency and electrification programs. Collaborate closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to create impactful outreach initiatives that address systemic barriers. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the awareness and effectiveness of the organization's climate action priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagement through various outreach strategies

• Develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders

• Analyze and optimize market engagement efforts

• Monitor customer interactions and program impact

• Conduct research to support evidence-based recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree in business, science, or technical discipline

• 5-7 years in climate service or conservation programs

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
