Position: Toronto Hydro Climate Action Consultant Role
Join Toronto Hydro as a Climate Action Consultant focused on Multi-Unit Residential Buildings. Support electrification and energy efficiency through the Save on Energy programs in a hybrid work model.

We are seeking a Climate Action Consultant to elevate customer engagement and facilitate participation in energy programs. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize energy efficiency offerings. You will lead outreach initiatives, analyze customer interactions, and stay updated with climate action best practices, making a significant impact on community sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer participation in Save on Energy programs

• Build partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders

• Develop and implement strategies for market engagement

• Analyze engagement effectiveness and provide insights

• Assist customers with identifying and applying for incentives

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field

• 5-7 years of experience in climate action or energy programs

• Preferred designations: P. Eng, CEM, or CET

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools
