Draught Service Field Representative Position

This role requires reporting to the Field Supervisor while servicing various establishments in the Downtown Toronto area. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll handle line cleaning, system installations, and customer support, focusing on enhancing the draught beer experience. Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide line cleaning services and on-demand support

• Install beverage dispensing systems according to company guidelines

• Resolve draught service problems efficiently

• Keep updated records and maintain inventory accuracy

• Invoice clients promptly based on company procedures

Requirements:

• Completion of High School or GED necessary

• Valid 'G' class driver's license essential

• Mechanical/Trades experience preferred but not mandatory

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
