Make a difference in sustainability with CD SONTER as an Environmental Sustainability Specialist located in Toronto, Ontario. Focus on waste audits and sustainable management solutions in a hybrid model.
As a key part of the Waste Optimization Division, this role involves assisting clients in achieving regulatory compliance related to waste performance. With a supportive team of industry experts, you will evaluate waste systems and carry out essential audits while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct waste audits to assess quantity and composition
• Review and optimize waste management systems
• Prepare detailed waste audit reports and calculations
• Analyze waste invoices and data for recommendations
• Support client sustainability efforts with research projects
Requirements:
• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas
• 1+ year in environmental or property management roles
• Knowledge of audit practices and waste management
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
