AMERISPEC INSPECTION SERVICES OF TORONTO EAST & SCARBOROUGH IS INTERESTED IN HIRING ENERGY ADVISORS!

Do you have what it takes to be that person?

Ameri Spec Inspection Services is looking to hire Full Time or Part Time Energy Advisors who are currently registered or previously certified as an Energy Advisor by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) or are in the process of being certified.

POSITION
As a highly trained and qualified Energy Advisor, you will perform Energy Audits in accordance with NRCan standards.

You will have all the necessary knowledge and resources to help clients understand all the steps related to an Energy Audit.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient computer skills using HOT
2000, email, and other everyday computer programs

CEA (Certified Energy Advisor) designation or have passed the foundation and Energy Advisor exams.

Basic knowledge of residential building materials and home construction.

Motivated self starter

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license & insurance

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Good customer service skills

Excellent verbal & written skills

Professionalism and meticulous attention-to-detail

Advanced sense of observation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Availability to work weekdays

Availability to work some weekday evenings and some weekends

Must be able to work in various weather conditions

Must be able to do physically active work (such as climb ladders, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time)
