Solar Energy Project Coordinator Position

Polaron Energy Corp. is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage their Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage projects in Toronto, ON. This permanent, full-time hybrid role will enhance your coordination skills in a growing industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the construction phase, coordinating with installation crews, and ensuring projects transition smoothly to operation. Your aptitude for detailed communication and attention to timelines will be key to project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction and commissioning activities for projects

• Manage equipment procurement and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with contractors and track project milestones

• Schedule and follow up on inspections and utility testing

• Ensure all closeout documentation is accurate and complete

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of project coordination experience

• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in scheduling and managing contractors

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
