Solar Installation Technician at Sunrun

Sunrun is seeking motivated Installers to support its solar installation team. In this role, you will partner with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to deliver high-quality residential solar installations. Essential skills include safety adherence, tool handling, and project preparation to advance your career in solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure job site safety and participate in training sessions

• Review inventory at the loading dock for adequate supplies

• Assemble solar modules and structural mounts per project plans

• Apply weather sealing to roofs and support mechanisms

• Maintain a clean and orderly job site after installations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in solar, construction, or military preferred

• Ability to identify and report safety hazards

• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and team goals

• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment
