About this role:

Reporting to the Associate Project Director, the Team Lead Technologist is responsible for the technical coordination and supervision of technologists on architectural projects of varyingplexity. You will ensure the quality of technical deliverables,pliance with building codes andpany standards, and adherence to project schedules, while fostering collaboration and continuous skill development within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and coordinate technical project activities in collaboration with the Project Director.

• Supervise the production of drawings, details, and technical specifications prepared by technologists.

• Ensure all deliverablesply with applicable building codes and internalpany standards.

• Manage technicalmunications with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Identify technical risks and unforeseen issues, and propose timely and effective solutions.

• Mentor, guide, and support technologists in their day-to-day tasks and professional development.

• Represent the technical team in interdisciplinary coordination meetings as required.

What you need:

• Architectural Technology (Advanced Diploma) or equivalent technical diploma.

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including involvement inplex architectural projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination tools.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, technical standards, and construction practices.

• Proven ability to manageplex technical projects and anticipate risks.

• Clear, proactive, and effectivemunication with internal and external stakeholders.
