Field Service Engineer - Pharmacy Automation

Become a vital part of Becton Dickinson as a Field Service Representative focusing on pharmacy automation systems. Deliver on-site technical support across the Greater Eastern Toronto Area, ensuring optimal functionality of robotic systems.

In this field-based position, you will serve the GTA and beyond, working under a 12-month contract with flexible schedules. Availability from Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday is essential, along with readiness for extensive travel, including possible training in the U.S. Your contributions will greatly enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite repairs and maintenance on robotic systems

• Ensure timely updates to equipment/software

• Follow up with clients to address service needs

• Compile and document service reports

• Contribute to improving service methodologies

Requirements:

• DEP or DEC qualification in mechanical or automation engineering

• Minimum 2 years of field technical experience

• English fluency for clear communication

• Valid license with an acceptable driving history

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work
