Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety at job sites and during training

• Ensure crew truck is adequately stocked with materials

• Assemble solar modules and mount equipment

• Implement weather sealing for optimal installation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites

Requirements:

• Solar, construction, or military experience preferred

• Commitment to safety and hazard awareness

• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members

• Ability to meet individual and team performance metrics

• Capacity to manage physical labor effectively
