Drive innovations in load forecasting as a Senior Advisor with BBA. This role emphasizes your power advisory expertise and client relationship management in the energy sector across North America.

As a Senior Advisor, you will be instrumental in leading load forecasting strategies and initiatives within the PAAM group.

Your role will encompass the development of models for energy-related analyses and direct support to client engagements. Mentorship of junior staff and active project management will also define your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate load forecasting and advisory project initiatives

• Create models for investment forecasting scenarios

• Support client engagement methodologies and business development

• Mentor and train junior staff effectively

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering, economics, or similar

• At least 8 years of practical experience

• Proficient with data analytics tools

• Knowledge of utility regulations and power systems

• Experience with Python and statistical forecasting
