As part of Recurrent Energy's Operations & Maintenance Division, you will oversee maintenance and repair efforts of solar project equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot daily system issues to achieve operational uptime

• Execute plans to address production output concerns

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and assessments

• Communicate effectively across teams to resolve plant issues

• Provide training on maintenance and troubleshooting to operators

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of field experience in renewable energy

• NABCEP Certification is a plus

• Strong aptitude for electrical machinery troubleshooting

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals

• Valid driver’s license required
