Become the Lead Technical Supervisor with Vestas for wind turbine installation and commissioning projects. This full-time role requires extensive travel and expertise in overseeing site execution and team mentoring.
In this site-based position, you will support the Construction Manager while managing day-to-day operations for technicians. Technical proficiency in Vestas Wind Turbines is essential alongside a strong background in installation.
Your role will involve meticulous planning from component delivery to turbine handover, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee CPX Site Execution operations
• Assist the Construction Manager in daily tasks
• Plan day-to-day work for technicians effectively
• Manage site activities from delivery to handover
• Mentor and coach site personnel for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Technician Tech III Level or equivalent
• Experience in turbine installation on Vestas projects
• Familiarity with Performing Mechanical Walkdowns
• Proficient in office software and systems
• SAP and Procore training completion
