Field Services Engineering Role at Spectrum Dynamics

Become a key player at Spectrum Dynamics as a Field Services Engineer, enhancing customer satisfaction through expert support for DSPECT® and VERITON-CT® systems.
In your role as a Field Services Engineer, you will deliver onsite and remote support while overseeing critical installations and maintenance. This position emphasizes taking ownership of customer service through effective communication and problem resolution. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure product reliability and proactively recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting support

• Execute installations and upgrades of company products

• Manage customer concerns and resolutions effectively

• Communicate directly with customers for service quality

• Work with sales professionals to resolve satisfaction issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering preferred

• At least 3 years in medical imaging equipment service

• Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting

• Strong computer and software skills

• Availability for travel to support clients domestically and internationally
