Technical Site Supervisor

Position: Technical Site Supervisor for Vestas
Become a Technical Site Supervisor with Vestas, leading the installation and commissioning of wind turbines across multiple sites. This role requires full-time commitment and travel to various construction projects.

You will be the key figure in the Lead Supervisor Group for VAME CPX, working closely with the Construction Manager. Your focus will be on efficient site execution and planning day-to-day operations while mentoring technicians on best practices. This is an opportunity to engage with cutting-edge wind turbine technology and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of CPX site operations

• Support the Construction Manager in executing duties

• Plan workflow for technicians effectively every day

• Monitor project activities from start to finish

• Provide mentorship and coaching to site teams

Requirements:

• Qualified as Technician Tech III Level or similar

• Background in turbine installation on Vestas projects

• Experienced in performing Mechanical Walkdowns

• Competence in office IT and software essential

• Completed training in SAP and Procore
