The Senior Construction Engineer is responsible for the design and full project delivery of temporary works associated with building bridges and other heavy civil structures. The Senior Construction Engineering will take on full project responsibility and work with contractors and owners to develop concepts and then see the project through to its successful implementation in the field.

  • Complete designs for construction engineering assignments such as, but not limited to, erection plans, jacking, demolition and deconstruction plans, formwork, falsework, support of excavation, access, etc.
  • Work with technicians to develop drawings and coordinate drafting work.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering.
  • A post graduate degree in structural engineering is considered an asset.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in the structural design and/or construction engineering for bridges and transportation structures.
