- Experience with Hamilton liquid handling systems
- Expertise in automating complex liquid handling workflows using Hamilton systems and other platforms such as Soft Max Pro and electronic laboratory notebooks.
- Experience with ELISAs, protein assays, and QC workflows
- Strong mechanical aptitude for robotic platforms and multi-instrument integration
- Excellent verbal and written English;
French is a plus
- Master’s in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or High-Throughput Assay Development
- Proven success in scaling automation and optimizing throughput
- On-site in Toronto, 5 days/week
- Collaborative, cross-functional team setting
