Summer 2026 (4 Months: May - August)

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.50 - $36.20. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors, including the year of study, type of academic program, and the number of prior co‑op work terms completed.

Are you passionate aboutmanufacturing engineering? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual for our MES Operations team. The Manufacturing Engineering Assistant is responsible for 前 supporting the manufacturing engineering function.

• Work on plant layout updates & preparation of work instructions.
• Assist in CAPEX projects with Project/ Manufacturing Engineers.
• Conduct process studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work alongside designers and engineers to create and improve fixtures.

• Currently enrolled in a registered post‑secondary co‑op program in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufact elusive/Industrial Engineering.
• Available for a 4‑month placement for the Summer 2026 Co‑op Work Term.
• Good understanding of VBA & Python.
• Some CAD experience in Solid Edge, Solid Works or AutoCAD.
• Some experience working with machines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day‑to‑day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs.

Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all cauliflower will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
